Blissball
Blissball recipe☀️
These are a great one to prep when you are planning a big weekend adventure, or as a healthy treat to pack in your kids lunch boxes! They are the perfect guilt free treat, full of fibre and healthy fats.
Ingredients
-1C medjool dates
-1C almonds
-1/4C shredded coconut + extra for rolling
-Pinch salt
-2tbs water
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender
2. Roll blended ingredients into small balls and role into excess shredded coconut
Store in the fridge and enjoy!
*If you notice the mixture is too dry you can add more water, if it is too wet add more Almonds.
