Coffee Alternatives

Updated: Aug 7, 2021

AHHHH how nice is a hot cuppa coffee!

I find it really soothes the soul. Drinking it for comfort, pleasure or for a boost – it never feels like a bad idea! However, what if you can’t have caffeine and alas, you’re bored of herbal brews? Whether you’re choosing to cut down your caffeine intake, you’ve gone off it, or you just want to try something new…there’s plenty of exciting alternatives.

I would highly recommend purchasing a milk frother. You won’t regret it – frothing the milk turns any hot drink to café standards. Opt for one like this:

Its super cheap and makes it easy to combine other ingredients to it.

Choose an ingredient from each section below to build your hot drink, and voila you have yourself a nutrient powerhouse in a hot drink!
